What fabric do you use to make your baby products?

All our fabrics are made of cotton. Most are labeled Oeko Tex Standard 100. This label means that that every component of this fabric has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. Some are identified as GOTS which means that from the harvesting of the raw materials, environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing to labelling, textiles certified to GOTS provide you assurance to buy sustainably.

How many days do you need to send me my order?

All our items are handmade on request. The shipping time varies depending on the number of orders in progress. However, Laura undertakes to ship your items within 15 days of your order.

Can you create a special and limited collection for an event?

How can I do if I receive a damaged product?

Remember to include your order number, a description of the damage and a photo showing the damage. If the damage is found to be manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.

How do I take care of my washable wipes?

All our wipes are handmade. They are cold washable. We recommend hand washing. We do not recommend using tumble dryer.
